Welcome to LekkerLeven Lodge!

We wish you a relaxing and enjoyable stay. To ensure that all guests can fully enjoy the peace, nature, and comfort of the lodge, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

Please leave the accommodation tidy upon departure.

Before leaving, please close all windows and doors, turn down the heating (if applicable), and return the key according to the provided instructions.

Number of Guests

Only the guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay at the lodge.

Additional visitors are only allowed with prior permission from the owner.

Peace and Quiet

LekkerLeven Lodge is a place to relax and unwind.

Please respect other guests and our neighbours.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the lodge.

Smoking is allowed outside only. Please use an ashtray and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Respect for Nature

LekkerLeven Lodge is located in a peaceful natural setting.We kindly ask you to:

Leave no litter behind.

Respect plants and trees.

Do not feed wild animals.

Be considerate of birds and wildlife.

Energy and Sustainability

We care about the environment and appreciate your help in reducing energy consumption.

Please:

Turn off lights when they are not needed.

Use water responsibly.

Keep windows and doors closed when the heating is on.

Turn off the heating or air conditioning when leaving the lodge.

Barbecue and Fire Pit

Use the barbecue or fire pit only according to the provided instructions.

Keep a safe distance from buildings and vegetation.

Never leave a fire unattended.

Ensure that all fires are completely extinguished before leaving the area.

During periods of drought or when a fire ban is in effect, open fires are strictly prohibited.

Damage

Please report any damage or technical issues immediately.

Guests may be held responsible for damage caused during their stay that exceeds normal wear and tear.

Leaving the Lodge

Although final cleaning is included, we kindly ask you to:

Wash your dishes or start the dishwasher.

Empty the refrigerator.

Dispose of waste in the appropriate bins.

Leave used towels together in one place.

Leave the accommodation in a tidy condition.

Parking

Please park only in the designated parking area.

Parking is at your own risk.

Charging electric vehicles from a standard power outlet is not permitted unless authorised or a charging station is provided.

Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for normal personal use.

Illegal downloading or other unlawful online activities are strictly prohibited.

Safety

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Open flames, candles, and fireworks are not permitted inside the lodge.

Please ensure that electrical appliances are switched off before departure.

Liability

Guests stay at LekkerLeven Lodge and use its facilities at their own risk.

LekkerLeven Lodge cannot be held liable for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, or accidents, except where caused by negligence on the part of the owner.

Lost Property

Forgotten belongings will be kept for a maximum of one month. Upon request, they can be returned to you at your expense.
